After-sales Warranty and Service Policy
I. General-purpose service warranty policy:
A. Weking small household electrical appliances (including rice cookers, electric cookers, electric pressure cookers, induction cookers, etc.) strictly follow the policy of the national “new three-guarantee services”:
1. Within the warranty period, under the following conditions, if the user strongly refuses repair, replacement can be given, but “Product Quality Verification Table” must be filled out:
a. Within 7 days after the product sold out, malfunctions of major performance occurred and failure to normal use;
b. Major performance (the same malfunction) beyond repair for more than two consecutive times, if the user strongly urges for replacement;
c. If there is dispute, in special circumstances, approved by the Customer Service Manager or other executives in higher level;
2. Within the warranty period, subject to the following conditions, if the user strongly refuses repair, replacement can be given. The valid date of three-guarantee service will be recalculated from the replacement date, but "Product Quality Table" must be filled out:
a. Within 15 days after the product sold out, malfunctions of major performance occurred and failure to normal use;
b. Major performance (same failure) for twice repair and abnormal use, if the user strongly screams for replacement;
c. Failed to repair 60 days later (National regulated 90 days) since the repair date resulting form reasons of parts;
d. 30 days exceeding the repair period due to repairers’ reasons, it’s free of charge to change the product with the same model and specifications, costs undertaken by repairmen;
e. If there is dispute, in special circumstances, approved by the Customer Service Manager or other executives in higher level;
a. For terminals or dealers, only the body parts can be replaced; other accessories, gifts and packaging are not within the scope of replacement;
b. For those not meeting the conditions of replacement, but the users strongly screams for replacement, approved by Customer Service Manager or other executives at a higher level, replacement can be given. But according to the national provisions of three-guarantee services, since the date of purchase, 0.5 percent depreciation fee per day will be charged;
3. With invoice or receipt, one-year warranty for the complete appliance, but only six-month warranty for the complete appliance as business products (commercial products);
B. Definition of warranty: the cumulative one year from the issuance of invoice or receipt (the repair time deducted), 15 months from the date of manufacture if without invoice or receipt;
C. With the purchase invoice (or receipt) and after-sales service card, one free maintenance service can be enjoyed within one year;
D. For the Group users, the one-time repair volume equals to or surpasses 10, in the region, door-to-door services are available, with the invoice or receipt, free in-house services can be enjoyed within the warranty period;
E. Repair and nationwide warranty for all series of products;
II. After-sales service warranty policy for product differentiation
A. LCD square smart cooker
1. With invoice or receipt, 18-month warranty for the complete appliance
2. With invoice or receipt, 24-month warranty for the main parts of computer controller and heating element
3. With invoice or receipt, free warranty service for the region with the home services within the warranty period
B. LCD pressure cooker
1. With invoice or receipt, 18-month warranty for complete appliance
2. With invoice or receipt, 24-month warranty for the main parts of computer controller and heating element
C. Full range of induction cooker
1. “100%”services for induction cooker, namely, 10-year free warranty for 10 main accessories: disc coil, transformer, inductance coil, filter capacitor, fan electromotor, NTC sensor, radiator, buzzer, regulation resistance, and crystal oscillator.
D. Fruits and Vegetables Series: 24-month warranty for the main component motor
2. For the unrepaired at the service station, the Company provides the Turnaround Service
III. Any damage in the following circumstances is beyond the scope of warranty
Product damage resulting from improper use, maintenance or reserve of consumers;
Damage caused by non-designated service unit of Weking Company;
Without valid purchase voucher (the postponed 15 months as the warranty period from the date of manufacture);
The part number of purchase voucher does not match that of the product to repair;
The purchase voucher was altered;
Damage due to irresistible natural disasters;
Product damage caused by the installation of power circle doesn’t meet the requirements of National Electrical Installation;
Damage by disassembly or modification;
Losses due to error or negligence or improper use;
Natural dirt in appearance after a period of use;
Man-made damage of internal pot of rice cooker (or electric pressure cooker) identified by the service network;
Man-made damage of ceramic panel of induction cooker identified by the service network;
“Items for disposal” in the time of price deduction by the Factory or dealers;
IV. After-sales service warranty policy for accessories and gifts
A. Free repair flow
1. Handles and glass lids of stockpot and popper: one-year free warranty for quality problems;
2. Quality problems like oil and water leakage of stockpot and popper in three months, replacement can be given in the designated outlets and tracking treatment by the local Customer Service Specialist;
3. Man-made damages (like the appearance deformation by collision or drying) of stockpot and popper are beyond the warranty;
B. Off-guarantee repair flow
Accessories and gifts exceeding the warranty period cannot be repaired and replaced; Customers can purchase them at the local after-sale outlets or dealers’.
If Weking products are offered for purchasing other goods, the effective purchase voucher of the related goods can be regarded as the basis of three-guarantee services; repair and nationwide warranty (based on the name, model, specifications and quantity the voucher indicated).
